Insurance

Bogani Explorer maintains liability insurance for our staff; however, we do not provide individual insurance coverage for divers. In the event of a diving accident, or while doing another activities our insurance will not cover you. Therefore, we strongly recommend obtaining a dive insurance through your travel insurance policy or a specialized dive insurance provider.

Deposit Policy and Cancellations

A 50% minimum deposit is required for all bookings. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee your reservation. Due to limited capacity, we strongly recommend booking in advance.

We also advise securing a travel insurance to cover your booking in case of unforeseen changes to your plans.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule after making a deposit, the following policies apply:

Activities (Fundiving, Snorkeling, Trekking, Hiking, and Camping):

  • Cancellation more than 20 days before your scheduled activity: 50% refund of the total payment amount (minus bank or credit card fees) or rescheduling based on availability.

  • Cancellation within 1-20 days of your scheduled activity: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.

Discover Scuba Diving & PADI Courses:

  • PADI e-learning materials are issued upon booking and are non-refundable. However, they remain valid for use at any PADI dive center.

  • Cancellation more than 20 days before your scheduled activity: 50% refund (minus bank or credit card fees) or rescheduling based on availability.

  • Cancellation within 1-14 days of your scheduled activity: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible based on availability.

By making a deposit payment, you agree to these terms.

Payments

We accept payments in cash (IDR, EUR, and USD), and through bank transfers in multiple currencies. We use WISE Bank for international payments.

Diver Safety

Your safety is our top priority. All divers must sign and adhere to the PADI Standard Safe Diving Practices. We reserve the right to exclude any diver from activities, if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves, our staff, or others. In such cases, we will assess the situation and may offer a partial refund.

We strongly recommend a minimum 24-hour surface interval before flying and after your last dive.

When you book through our website, we collect personal information such as your name, email, and address. This data is used solely for the following purposes:
